''John Christopher“ Chris” Zander'''（1966年1月16日至2025年6月26日）是美国政治作家，使用了Z -Man的Nom de Plume。他创建了自己的网站，称为“ Z Blog”。

他出生于弗吉尼亚州切萨皮克，就读于波士顿学院，并成为软件工程师和商人。后来，Zander创建了一个流行的每周播客，名为“ Z-Man Power Hour”。他经常受邀参加网站，播客，YouTube频道和会议。他的网站在最后一年主持了约翰·德比郡广播电台播客，Zander在最后的第1000集之后不久就死了。
